The breakfasts were incredible! From the hearty full English to delicious pastries, I was spoiled for choice. Vicky and Scott were incredibly welcoming, making it feel like home. Only downside was a bit of uphill on returns. 😊

Very friendly, helpful, hosts. Beautifully presented B & B, room spotless, well furnished, bed very comfortable. Breakfast catered for all tastes, buffet excellent, hot food cooked to perfection. Cannot fault this B&B, Will definately try to book there again when visiting Paignton or surrounding area.

great stay with minor hills
The hosts were warm, providing us with a lovely cup of tea upon arrival. Breakfast included fresh local ingredients and homemade jams. The room felt comfortable and inviting, with a well-stocked fridge for my late-night cravings. The decor added a lovely touch.
The uphill climb back to the lodge could be a bit challenging for those with mobility issues.

Very warm welcome from Diane and Rod the owners, immaculate room with comfortable bed and superb breakfast hotel is ideally situated just short walk from seafront and therefore peacefull away from hustle and bustle of Paignton nightlife!!! Wouldn,t visit Paignton again-did Babbacombe and Dartmouth while we were there-but would definately recommend this hotel

Paignton vibes and lekker brekkie 🥞
Scott and Vicky are just amazing. The room was super comfy with a proper mattress, and that brekkie? A real treat! Plus, just a short walk to the beach, really chill!
Maybe just a tad tricky for those who struggle a bit with walking-it's a bit uphill on the way back!

The breakfast was savoury and generous, we enjoyed plenty of meals. The location is peaceful, 10 minutes' walk to an outdoor water park. It's based in lovely area, on a hill.

The fridge stocked with proper milk is a classy touch for a comfortable start to your day. Breakfast includes homemade jams that elevate the meal, particularly the unique pineapple and lime variety that perfectly complements toast.
Be prepared for a steep climb to reach the entrance, which may be a challenge for those with mobility issues. Although conveniently near the rail station, relying on taxis each day could become a hassle was nice.
